Specific tasks include performing sample preparation for immunolabeling, including iDISCO, and imaging including 3D rodent brain imaging; cell culture preparation of placental tissue from humans and rodents; data analysis and preparation of manuscripts based on results and findings; and communicating results and findings. Under this task order, contractor will independently provide program coordination to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the NIEHS. Deliverables: - Provides interpretation of results, guidance, and scientific support to the management team.
