SharePoint Administrator/Developer

  • Develop, update and maintain SharePoint 2010/2013/ 2016 configurations of SharePoint Farm
  • Participate in regular client/team meetings and provide input on development or administration activities
  • Coordinate with clients to understand the problems and implement effective solutions
  • Provide technical analysis, recommendations and support to team-members
  • Review preliminary end user, business requests, meeting notes, comments to identify and document necessary requirements to finalize the projects key deliverables
  • Provide and document analyze capacity plan and determine project scopes, phases and finalize collaboration solutions, architectural plan
  • Review and monitor site usage reports
  • Meet with end users to understand and define requirements
  • Liaison between power users and the development team
  • Create and test workflows and search functions to enable productivity
  • Implement custom solutions for SharePoint for work flows, web parts, application pages and related features
  • Work with customers to identify requirements, train on usage and troubleshoot problems
  • Field client calls and inquiries, troubleshoot with clients to isolate problems and walk-through corrective measures
  • QA test new features, enhancements and bug fixes before they are pushed to production


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and/or related field
  • 3+ years working with Sharepoint 2010/2013/ 2016
  • Strong PC literacy and Microsoft office skills
  • Experience working with computer hardware, operating system software and desktop applications
  • Experience managing SharePoint 2010/2013 with Windows Load Balancing
  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Proven ability to work with teams
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Possess extensive knowledge and experience with SharePoint application requirement analysis, design and content databases
  • Experience developing workflow solutions to automate existing processes
  • Experience integrating content with SharePoint and Microsoft office
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience working within a team dynamic
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills allowing you to meet strict deadlines
